Casebook Friends Spring Quarter 2022 by Keith Torkelson Includes Boundary Study

Feature Image – Ticket Stub for Concert with Kulle T Lippand

May 18, 2022 Wednesday

Buster most likely contracted his COVID related sickness at this concert.  He did a few things different that night.

Purpose

The purpose of our Casebooks is to have fun while addressing Dr. Ravinder P Singh’s open-ended assignment.  “Pt needs boundaries to be set, especially with females”.  (R Singh 4/25/12)

Handwriting Analysis

Quality of writing and brain damage.  Doctor Singh’s writing is on the bottom.  A staffer filled out the “boundaries” part.  Yet Dr. Singh signed off on the form so she is accountable for the assignment.

Buster has suffered considerable brain damage.  You can see it in his signatures.  The “Keith Edward Torkelson version is from a fairly good day.  On bad days his signature gets pretty messed up.  One of the side effects from one of his medicines is “may cause tremors”.  Dr. Singh’s signature above is rather messed up.  We are sure Dr. Arnold P Deutsch would agree with us.  We cannot rule out that Dr. Singh is a consumer-provider.  She may be taking medicine(s) that impact her fine motor skills.

Reinventing the Signature – Aftermath of Episode 2012

This last go around began in 2011.  By 2012 Buster had irreparably damaged is signature and other fine motor skills such as sewing by hand.  The signature revision just above was selected as the best of some odd twelve (12) attempts as something new and acceptable.  Buster had to give it a leftward slant to make it both acceptable and repeatable.

Segue to Slideshow

After we address our routine Requirements and Specifications we move forward with this Spring Quarter’s 2022 slideshow of Friends.  The slideshow is centered about one of Buster’s childhood friends who Died Too Young (DTY).
