Conclusion
Evidence Does Not Support Hypothesis.  In short if we had met Doctor Singh at the club we would consider her to have boundary issues and possibly classified her as a “Cougar”.  She really bothered us getting so close and doing what she did.  As compared to another health professionals we don’t mind it when Doctor Nguyen’s Physician’s Assistant (PA) Melody rubs our skin including chest and back working to detect sub-dermal skin lesions.

Recommendation
If Doctor Singh were not so old we would recommend her to a select few for which she is a promising match.  The reason we address the age issue is that Doctor Singh is likely to timeout and retire soon.  We wouldn’t want to refer a: Family member, friend or associate in the community a T-Psych. What she did right for us is so huge that it is hard to lower her rank (refer to ranking table further on) because of low weight tiny details such as impaired judgment based on faulty observations.  In addition she does not publish any details including measured outcomes supporting the performance of her practice.

Make note this boundary assignment was delivered passively.  We were not assigned this homework one-to-one.  We were doing a records search and we came across the record where this assignment was specified.  We have tried to puzzle out about who wrote the assignment.  It matters: If the assignment were written by another worker Doctor Singh may have not read it when she signed off on the form.  Whether the assignment was hers in the making we like it.  We are going to use what we learn in future planning.

The null hypothesis is: No problem with female boundaries in any context.  The hypothesis is: Boundary problems with females in all contexts.  The alternate hypothesis: Supports boundary problems in certain contexts.  We begin by with the assumption we have boundaries issues with all females.  We were just thinking rather than “females” a stronger more informed suggestion would have been to swap females with Joan.  With mixed feelings we declare over fifteen (15) years together Joan and we have run the gambit of divisions and addressing Crags steep with ruggedness.

Summary
As we know Doctor Singh is perfect!  As we know Doctor Singh has a plethora of evidence proving she is always perfect.  Evidence indicates Doctor Singh is not perfect.  Which translates she may servicing some inappropriately.  An example would be Trig Lovosto.  Won’t go here, we suspect Trig may have died young because he is MIA.  In our cohort it is common for the MIA’s to actually be KIAs.  One reason to be guarded about Doctor is that the lobotomy option still appears to be in the doctor bag. Just think of all those consumers that wanted to or actually did speak out who were given either a physical or chemical lobotomy.  I see the chemical ones every day.

Next, meaning in the next report: We will address boundaries in more depth.  We are trying to find a really strong commercial-off-the-shelf tool or tools for assessing Boundaries across multiple environments.  We want to test one with Doctor AS Kline, MD & PhD on assignment to the National Institutes of Health.  AK says as a family we don’t hug.  We didn’t hug Doctor Singh.  She did sit on our bed a couple of times though.  Her colleagues know why that was.  We never would have remembered this stuff if it wasn’t for the benefit of Medical Records in the hands of the consumer.

Why revisit Doctor Singh anyway?  First and foremost she gave us an assignment in writing.  In addition, when we were in a vulnerable and critical state Doctor Singh is whom we had to put our trust in.  As Mark puts it she will “get this right for you”.  Too bad we couldn’t get a photo for yaw all.

Aside and For Fun - The Marine Biology Knee Story
Tenth Grade  - Rancho Alamitos High School - Mr. “Big” Adams the front up teaching – Torkelson what Big A called us is Marine Biology Class High.  Theresa Wallace ends up being placed between Tryon and us (Torkelson). Tryon models tickling Wallace right knee.  We did it once and Big Adams kicks us his star student out of the class for the rest of the period. We take the hit and forthwith contain our behavior for the rest of the semester.  We thought the boundary issue thing was over.  Wallace the victim tells Stoffers that Torkelson might be a good match.  And so started the Stoffers and Torkelson temporary partnership.

Ending the Naivety - Loyalty
Doctor Singh’s (RPS) helpfulness still exceeds any harm she caused or is causing.  In the next paper we will apply our Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Virtue Assessment (12-Item).  Up front Doctor RPS is not very Loyal.  The BSA assessment significantly reduces our Naivety about the kind of person she is.  The same assessment applied to Doctor Dobos only makes us like him more.

Ranking Volatility
As the dust settles about each new insight we believed that our quick score (QSM) rankings should change.  Unexpectedly they really have been quite stable.

As Others Know – Naive
As others know back in 2012 we raved about Doctor Singh.  We thought she was so helpful overlooking a few of her transgressions.  It wasn’t until after four appointments with doctor BSL that I realized he considered Doctor Singh unremarkable.  Thus we looked a bit further.  We found the following.

Objective – Physician Of Excellence (POE)
Doctor Singh has been passed up as a Physician Of Excellence (POE, 2017) at Saint Joseph’s Hospital.  SJH is supposedly one of her haunts.  On February 24, 2017 Doctor DeSilva who we rank lower (10) than Doctor Singh was the psychiatrist to earn the award.   Obviously we will have to learn more on expectations and performance.  This finding is evidence that Doctor BSL may be correct in his passive rating for Doctor Singh as unremarkable.  Remember based on consumer reports Doctor Singh operates in the realm of 3.0 of 5.0 stars.

She succeeded with what we the cohort were working for.  As of 20170927-W Doctor Lommer has been rated 5.0 out of 5.0 (high is good) by 20 voters.  Aside: Her Facebook page passes the Digital Presence Test or DPT).  Hats off to Doctor Lommer.
